So I've been home in Devon for around three weeks now. I've mainly been working but had a few days here and there to catch up with family and friends, which has been great. The first weekend I spent with all of my family at my Auntie's house. She hosted a retirement party for my Uncle and we all got together to have a BBQ. There was a lot of food involved, including a lovely cake, an oversized apple pie and really great burgers. And us 'children', as we are still referred to even though we are now all twenty plus years old, messed around in the garden!
This weekend I spent Saturday afternoon with two friends. We got together in the village and took our dogs for a nice long walk. My friend brought over her brother's dog, the little white one, and it tried to keep up with the bigger dogs. Let's just say it wasn't very white after the walk!
