These pictures are from 2009 when I first visited New York City. I didn't have my bridge Panasonic Lumix then, just a standard Kodak compact, with a broken screen, so these are a little haphazard but I thought it might be nice to edit a few and put them up.
I visited NYC in December 2009 with my sister. We went for five nights but actually ended up stranded for an extra four, due to the crazy snow that happened on the day of our flight and the back log of flights due to Christmas. I didn't get a chance to go back to the city last year while on my year abroad because of time constraints and costs. The worst part about it was that I flew through Newark three times last year and each time could see the Manhattan skyline, yet I knew I wouldn't be paying it a visit! Anyway here's to hoping that I'll get to venture back to New York one day soon.
