If I fall, will you let me down easy?

Mississippi Covered in Snow
Most bloggers I follow have recently posted on the topic of autumn (fall) for the past week or so. Mainly about colours and clothes, but a few about the season as a whole. It's got me to thinking about this wonderful season as well. My work now has it's autumn collections in and some beautiful coats for the winter. This year I am very excited for both autumn and winter. I'm ready and waiting to wrap up and enjoy the crisp autumnal/winter mornings. With these seasons comes an array of weather here in the UK. First semester at University usually means numerous dark and damp nights, cold, frosty mornings and snowy, sleety days. While I'm not a massive fan of snow when it first falls because it always creates disruptions, it's still nice to go outside and explore the snow the next day when it's settled. Last year when Mississippi had one of it's freak snow storms, the second day we all had off school so we decided to take a walk around the town. It was a great opportunity to take photos. I haven't posted any of these so thought with a bit of spare time on my hands this Sunday evening, I would edit them and create a collage. Here's just a few pictures of campus, mainly the Grove and near the Student Union and then a few of the magnificent houses on the usual walk we took to the Square. I'm quite looking forward to some snow this year in Birmingham. The campus here will look lovely covered in a white blanket. In second year, I didn't have this camera so I didn't get the chance to take photos very often. This year I'm hoping to take lots of pictures to commemorate my final year.

Enjoy!
